With over two decades in the salon industry, Lisa's always had a deep passion for hair, beauty and the relationships she's built with clients along the way. Today, as the owner of The Mix, she is fulfilling a lifelong dream of creating a space where artistry, confidence and connection come together.
Inspired by a European touch and her extensive training with AVEDA, Lisa is always continuing her education, staying current with new trends and bringing fresh ideas to her craft. She loves to share her knowledge with both her clients and team members. She believes the right cut, color and style can completely transform how someone feels. With her eye for detail, and passion for customized color and hair painting, she creates dimensional, personalized looks that bring out each client's unique beauty.
For her, it's never just about the hair - it's about making people feel confident, welcomed and excited to be themselves.
Shauna
Master Stylist
With over 15 years of experience behind the chair, Shauna brings extensive knowledge, creativity and a personalized approach to every appointment. She especially enjoys creating beautiful blonding services, refreshing short and fun styles and providing precise, polished men's cuts.
Shauna takes pride in getting to know each client and building genuine, long-lasting relationships. She listens carefully to their goals, lifestyle and individual needs so she can create a look that feels both flattering and easy to maintain.
Outside of the salon, Shauna has a deep passion for animals and enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her warm personality, attention to detail and dedication to her craft help make every client's salon experience comfortable, enjoyable and personalized.
Margo
Stylist
Meet Margo! With over 17 years in the salon industry working with Aveda color and products, she brings her creativity and fun personality to everything she does! Margo values the lasting relationships she’s built with her clients and takes pride in getting to know each person who sits in her chair.
Margo’s artistry truly shines through her love for razor cutting. With a special passion for reds, she enjoys crafting unique color formulations that complement each client’s individual style.
In her free time, Margo loves to be outdoors - whether it’s hiking, tending to her garden or hanging out with her chickens, known as “her girls.” She also enjoys spending quality time with her husky, Blue and her family!
Murphy
Stylist
Meet Murphy! With 8 years of experience as a massage therapist, esthetician and cosmetologist, she brings a caring, personal touch to every appointment. She has also spent nearly four years sharing her knowledge and expertise as a cosmetology instructor, helping educate, mentor and inspire the next generation of hairstylists.
Murphy loves the art of haircutting and helping clients find a look that fits their personality and everyday life. Her goal is to make your time in her chair relaxing and comfortable, so you leave feeling cared for and confident.

Taylor
New Talent Stylist
After earning her degree in Marketing from WCSU, Taylor found herself working at an Aveda salon, where she quickly fell in love with the beauty industry. Inspired by her experience, she decided to follow her passion and return to school to pursue a career in cosmetology.
Taylor loves to learn and take classes to stay up to date with the latest trends. Her goal is to help every client feel confident and beautiful, while creating personalized looks that are realistic to maintain at home. With a special passion for curly hair and styling, Taylor loves encouraging clients to feel comfortable and embrace their natural texture.
Outside of the salon, Taylor has a love for adventure and staying active! She enjoys traveling, exploring new countries and experiencing different cultures. You can also find her at the gym, challenging herself with Spartan races, or hiking with her puppy, Roya!
